Use the touch screen to book a treatment time. Many lounges have shower rooms, however the real attraction of the Clarins Spa is a complimentary 20 minute facial, if you're able to find an available time during your visit to the lounge. The shower room has its own sink, toilet, and rain shower. There are a number of shower rooms on the left hand side, and there was no wait for me to have a shower (probably due to the morning time frame), even though the seating areas of the lounge were packed. It's on the opposite side of the lounge from the food, so after entering the lounge, turn right to get to the spa, instead of going left towards the dining area and buffet. My favorite feature of the lounge is the Clarins Spa. On the other hand, the bacon wasn't anywhere near as crispy as we'd have liked, so we gave that a miss.ĭrinks included Tropicana orange juice, Evian bottled water, soft drinks, sparkling wine and other wines, and spirits.Īir France Business Lounge Paris CDG Terminal 2E Clarins Spa The scrambled eggs were somewhat picked over, so I didn't have any, but my husband said they were fine. The fromage frais and croissants were quite decent as well. While the selections were limited, the food quality was quite good for an international business class lounge, such as these crepes and the goat cheese on the cheese plate. Since our visit was in the morning, the buffet offered breakfast items. In addition to the seating, dining, and relaxation areas and customer service area, there's WiFi, complimentary food and drinks, and a Clarins Spa with shower rooms and several treatment rooms where complimentary 20 minute facials are available to book more on this below.Īir France Business Lounge Paris CDG Terminal 2E Food and Drink Sadly, some of the loungers were in pretty bad shape, with cracked surfaces:Ī Customer Service area was marked, but unstaffed during our visit: There's a relaxation area, and while some of the seats at first glance appeared vacant, there were drinks and food as well as luggage next to them that suggested someone might be returning soon. Similarly, the dining area was crowded as well: The lounge is large, with multiple seating areas, yet was so crowded when we arrived around 9am that it was challenging to find anywhere we could sit individually, let alone together.Īll the window seats with views of the tarmac were taken: It's also possible to pay €50 or 10,000 Flying Blue Miles, subject to availability, for lounge access.Īir France Business Lounge Paris CDG Terminal 2E Amenities The lounge is open daily from 5:30am-4pm, and access is available for Air France and Sky Team Business Class passengers and Flying Blue elite members. Having missed connections before, I've had to stay overnight because the next departing flight to my destination was full and had to be booked on the 2nd departing flight the next day. The next flight to Basel from CDG after that on which I am booked is eight hours later. ! hour 40 minutes seems as possibly problematic. I now have to change terminals which must be done by bus - they two terminals are not physically connected. I haven't actually changed flights at CDG for a number of years - and then was surprised at the need to go through Security again after having done it in Atlanta and having gone nowhere except to my departing gate. ![]() My concerns arise out of watching long lines for security and checking in. Anyhow - My recent visit to CDG was pretty much limited to arriving and departing the airport at Terminal 2E (the walk from our gate to Baggage was very good exercise). Was last in CDG (visited France for a couple of weeks) in September last. What I meant was "immigration" or "immigration control". Sorry if my question wasn't worded correctly. Visit Europe (or fly through on connections) almost annually. That got better with the green or red lines. And many years ago, I did have to go through customs. Lived there (Germany) for three years (many years ago). ![]()
